URGENT!!! Scholarship Deadlines!!!

<p>According to the scholarship website, </p>

<p>In one section titled "Deadline": "Completed applications must be postmarked on or before January 31, 2005."</p>

<p>In another section titled "Application": "All Application materials must be received by January 31, 2005."</p>

<p>Tomorrow is the "deadline"...Should I still apply for this scholarship? There is no way my application materials can arrive by tomorrow, but I could obviously get them postmarked by tomorrow.</p>
