URGENT - Sending ACT scores

I sent CSU Long Beach my ACT score from actstudent and also used the ACT Scores Manager on csumentor to release my scores to two other campuses about a month ago, but my scores have not been downloaded by the schools yet. How do I know if they have received my scores?

Also, when I click on ACT Scores Manager it keeps telling me to verify my personal information to match my user account to the ACT scores. Is this happening for everyone else too?

Make sure that your name and address on your CSU application is EXACTLY the same as the ACT information. If your street is abbreviated as Ave on ACT but listed as Avenue on CSU, the scores won’t transfer.
