<p>i need the submission form for the scholastic art and writing awards. it's on page 7 of the art guidelines on the page that comes up after you finish registering your work. WHY IS IT NOT WORKING??? does anyone know where i can get another submission form??</p>

<p>If so, hit Prnt Scrn, paste it into the Paint program, cut out the part you need, and paste that into a Word document. That's what I did.</p>

<p>Your region doesn't allow online registration? That's weird, most regions do. I tried to open it but it doesn't allow me--looks like they took off the link. Sorry, and I really hope you can find your form.</p>
