I took the toefl ibt on february 17th, and according to the site my scores shud be online in 15 business days, thats like 9th march. I didnt know that it takes extra time to mail my score reports... and all the universities im applying to need the toefl grade and the deadlines are all march 15, am i done for?? or is there a way to rush deliver the scores? or explain my situation and provide my score without the official paper??

as far as I know there is not a way to rush your scores, but you can first send your copy of your TOEFL score once you got your score report, then you could call the schools and ask them what they suggest you to do. As long as you sent all your other application materials before the deadline, usually the deadline for the TOEFL score can be extened,(almost for sure), because even if you did make the order from ETS test center, they can still not get it...like my case, and it's alright for my colleges to get it later, so don't panic

self-report your toefl scores and send (maybe fax) them a photocopy (preferrably attested). I'm sure they will accomodate.

yea, i guess that is what i'll have to do... thanks

hi ,can any one tell me, what do u mean by self report scores, is that the one of the highest scores that i have scored in my previous tests, if so,how can i get my self report scores if iam taking my test for the first time.

By self-reporting they just mean that you write your score in the common app section for test results. I suggest you contact the schools directly about it, but they’ll probably be fine with it if you send a fax even if the report gets there late.
