<p>does anyone know which of the school forms is required for transfers? on the michigan website, it doesn't say anything about them, only about the completed common app. do we need mid-year report, instructor evaluation, school report, and college report?! please help!!</p>
<p>I didn’t send midyear, instructor, or school report. Might have sent college report, but it’s probably not necessary. Might want to call to make sure.</p>
