I'm bioe, with emphasis on biomaterials or biomech.

What order should I sign up for these classes in?
1) Phys 7b
2) ESPM 50ac OR Anthro 2ac (haven't decided yet)
3) Engineering 7
4) Engineering 45

I know I can sign up for 2 classes in phase 1 but I might only take 3 of those above classes so I want to know, numerically 1,3,2,4 etc. which order I should sign up for the classes

Thanks! :D

espm 50ac should be phased I .

ESPM 50AC if you do decide to take it. This semester the waitlist had 150 people O.O!

Yeah, I will definitely pick that first.

But what second? I’m thinking either Phys 7b or E45, but which one?

How’s the class set up? lots of papers and tests? hard?

I actually don’t know what E45 is… according to the catalog is

“Application of basic principles of physics and chemistry to the engineering properties of materials. Special emphasis devoted to relation between microstructure and the mechanical properties of metals, concrete, polymers, and ceramics, and the electrical properties of semiconducting materials. Sponsoring Department: Materials Science and Engineering”

I suppose it’s only for BioE and MSE majors… which would mean easier to get into? or harder to get into?

Hahaha my friend is taking that class and he told me this: “E45 labs are different from Chem labs that we did last semester. Hahaha basically we heat stuff and pull it apart and write about it.” I assume it’s much more than that, but I just wanted to share what he said because it made me laugh when he said it.

Phase 1: ESPM 50AC and Physics 7B (For some reason 7/8 engineers on my floor decided to take Physics 7A in the spring and will take 7B in the fall. I dont know if this is common for engineers, but if it is than I assume it will be hard to get into Physics 7B in the fall so I would phase 1 the class)

Hm, sorry another question:

What about Chem 3a/l and Phys 7B - which should I register for first?
Is Chem 3a/l easier in the fall like Chem 1a is easier in the spring?

register for chem 3al. or else u will not get in.

Aight, thanks peeps =)!
