<p>For my schools the deadline is "by Nov.1st"...so can I submit my application on Nov.1st or do I have to submit my application before Nov.1st? (aka. Today!)???</p>
<p>I think you are safe to submit it tomorrow on the first. I have seen some posts that say that many schools are allowing you until Nov. 2 because the first is on a Sunday.</p>
