Hey all, I really want to raise my SAT Math Subject Test score (currently a 720). I am 100% confident that I can get close to a perfect (it's only in Math 1, and I had a really difficult night the night before), so it would really be great for colleges if it goes up. Problem is, I'm a senior whose RD application deadlines are on/around January 1st, and the next SAT testing date isn't until January 26th... Do you think colleges will still accept such a late submission? I'll have all my other materials in. These are the colleges I'm applying to (with deadlines):

Northwestern - Jan 1
Duke - Jan 2
Wash U in St. Louis - Jan 15
Vanderbilt - Jan 3
U Michigan - Feb 1
Ohio State - Feb 1
URochester - Jan 1
UMiami (Florida, not Ohio)
Case Western - Jan 15
McGill (Canada) - Jan 15
Emory - Jan 15
Purdue - As soon as possible, probably with my others
George Washington U - Jan 10

I would normally ask the colleges directly, but many are closed for the holidays! I'll try again on the weekday, but I would really, really appreciate and info any of you might have! Thanks a billion.

December should have been the last time but you might want to call them and see if they can take January. Jan scores might not come until mid Feb. and thats way too late for school deadlines in Jan 1st. I honestly think 720 is very good so there’s no need for a retake.

Even colleges with December SAT deadlines may consider your January SAT if you send the scores using your free score report option as your scores will probably reach them before the late review process.

My advise is to send what you have for your Jan 1 app, and then send the retake scores no matter the explicit deadline.

Thank you all for your replies. You’ve eased my anxiety a bit

@CollegiateDreams - haha thank you so much for the info! I did check a couple websites, but basically assumed none of them would have any info that specific when those couple didn’t have anything on last chance dates. thanks again.

Be aware that for Purdue, Case Western, Ohio St, and UMiami, it makes no difference since they do not use SAT subject tests to determine admission.
