<p>uhm i think they were supposed to be before.
but since its just recs/transcripts, they may be lenient. however they will get a chance to read other apps first.

<p>Don't worry. I called them up. They said that if the other forms [Application 1 and 2] come in before the deadline, they will wait awhile for your other forms to arrive, say ~20 days. But don't push it. Send it to them ASAP.</p>
