<p>She needs to ask her CPA for a copy of her actual return. Or you can see if you can figure it out with the form on the link I posted. But there is no reason the CPA cannot proide a return. All taxes have to be filed using the appropriate form so he just needs to print her a copy of it. She should keep copies of everything in her own files anyway.</p>
