hey guys i need help deciding upon which book to use if i want to take bio SAT...and i m aiming for a 800...
also tell me which buks to consult before retaking chemistry..i had 750 last time...i used barrons...got 780ish on its practice tests and PR and got 800 on its practice tests..!! so i guess both were unable to correctly predict my score....(was it my bad luck..i actually found the test very easy???)which buk out there iz best 4 SAT chemistry..

I haven't taken the bio or chem ones, but I got really good scores using Princeton Review books for math and physics.

SAT Biology prep books aren't really phenomenal. I used PR (okay review, not very good diagrams in some cases) and Barron's (covered everything, seemed a tiny bit unorganized at the time) and got a 750. I flipped through Kaplan's and it seemed really detailed, but I didn't read it, so I'm not sure.

As for Chemistry, I don't think any of the review books are good either. You can try Kaplan's, which is written on a slightly higher level than Barron's and PR's review book. I only read through Princeton Review's book the night before the exam and got a 780. The most important thing is understanding the concepts, which I understood really well.

@immortalix...u seem to be hinting that my chem concepts r really rusty..!!!!!!...!!!!....didn't i tell u i found the test very easy...probably i had lost concentration by the time i reached chem after doing math and physics first...math a 800...physics a 780....and chem 750:-(...i guess i shouldn't hav taken all the tests the same day......
