I tried calling CB multiple times but they won’t answer. I heard they can change your status from regular to rush with extra payment. Should I just order again, rushed this time? The machine keeps telling me they’re “assisting other customers”.
I couldn’t get through yesterday, or should I say I hung up after being on hold for quite a while. I ended up paying online for the rush. Super frustrated with them but felt like we had no choice. It might be worth a call to your college to see if there is a grace period for the scores arriving. All but one told me there was.
@johnnamjh Just finished a call with CB. I had to wait roughly 25 minutes to get a hold of them. It does seem like they are busy, but honestly when they told me that the rushed takes 2-3 days, not 1-2 days, it made me extremely disappointed. Even with the one day difference they should have written that online.
Luckily (???ha!) the school I was concerned about gave me a different answer when I got in touch with the actual admissions rep. I rushed it, but even if it doesn’t make it by Friday it should be ok and the CB gets their money. Sigh.
@johnnamjh Hopefully. I’m not sure if UMD has a grace period, and I can’t call them right now because their business hours end at 4:30 E.T… They haven’t responded to an email I sent couple days ago either.
Update: Scores have been sent today. Faith in CB has been restored
Sent scores on October 26? Looking for UIUC, they have said that they don’t mind a little delay. At this rate I’m not so sure the score will be sent on time. Does being international add a disadvantage?
