Hey man/woman! First things first, schools like those will be reach schools for ANYONE regardless of being a URM, legacy, first gen, perfect stats, perfect ECs, etc. that being said, I was in a similar situation as you with sinilar stats and also a national hispanic regonition program scholar, and was accepted into Stanford REA last Friday
Basically what I wanna say is that the chance is there, but you have to work hard for it. Without a doubt what got me in was that I poured my voice throughout every essay and supplimental question. You have to make yourself sound like more than just an ACT and GPA.
Quick reccomendation: you have a lot of club involvement, maybe too much. I reccomend you choose a few that you are really involved in with leadership positions and you feel passionate about. I reccomend you don’t mention Cross Country and Blood donor club, and when you mention APUSH and pre-calc tutoring, mention it under one slot in the common app and in the description mention what you tutored in.
Again, all those schools are definitely reach schools, and your chances (as for anyone) to get in are slim, but that shouldn’t stop you from giving it your best shot and applying!
@Perbler Thank you so much for the advice. I really hope that my freshman year(13 years old) will not have that heavy of an influence on the rest of my academic career. Congratulations on the acceptance to Stanford, I hope that you will be happy there- maybe I’ll see you there next year?
Cheers!
