<p>an international student. URMs are for Americans. although your double nationality will be a tiny bit of help, maybe.</p>

<p>He's first and foremost Chinese, he's an ORM and an international. There are no shortage of aussie applicants. This makes him an ORM international, the hardest admit to any top college.</p>
