Urm

Hi, I'm just wondering how much will being an Uner Represented Minority affect my chances in getting into Berkeley Civil Engineering
4.25 UC weighted GPA
1520 SAT's

I am a Cal resident, just moved here my senior year from Guam
I'm an Pacific Islander(Saipanese) and half Filipino

1520 old or new SAT?

If old SAT then you have a good chance!

Unfortunately the new one
I already know I have extremely low chances in getting into berkeley
I just want to know how much being an URM will help my chances.

It will not help at all, race/ethnicity no is no longer a factor in determining admission after the banning of affirmative action. BTW, I don't think you are a URM at Berkeley, Asians are a majority group. Good luck though.

Asians are an ORM.

Any help that URM brings would probably be negated by the fact that you're applying for a competitive major.
