URochester or St Lawrence University

I am trying to decide between University of Rochester and St Lawrence University (NY). Financial aid is the same at both schools. I am planning on majoring in neuroscience and going predental. Both schools have my major. I have visited St Lawrence once and U of R many times (I did the Rochester Scholars programs). My classes would be smaller at St Lawrence. I am torn does anyone have some advice?

Neuroscience at UR is amazing. Tons of opportunities to get actively involved in research. Regular seminars with noted guest speakers. Active Undergrad Neuroscience Council. Coursework taught by medical school faculty and founders in the field of neuroscience. Strong graduate department. Excellent pre-med/pre-dent advising.

And except for the intro classes (Gen Chem, Intro Bio) and Organic Chem, your classes will be generally small–under 25 students.

Also, if you’re interested in going pre-dental then you can take advantage of the Eastman Dental Center. They don’t have undergraduate courses but I’m sure you could do an internship there or take a graduate-level course during your senior year.
