ursa "Your previous session timed out"

<p>Hi I just got accepted to UCLA yesterday and made my URSA account & password just fine.
However, today I tried to login, it says "ERROR Your previous session timed out and has been reset." Can someone help me out? I don't know what's wrong. </p>

<p>I googled it and it says I have to delete the cookies...I even tried that but it still doesn't work for me. Help would be greatly appreciated.

<p>yeah I guess that’s the only option I have left with. If it still doesn’t work, maybe I’ll try calling the school. </p>

This will create a new session so when you go to <a href=“http://www.ursa.ucla.edu%5B/url%5D”>http://www.ursa.ucla.edu](<a href=“http://my.ucla.edu/]MyUCLA[/url”>http://my.ucla.edu/)</a> and click “Log In” it will redirect you to the main URSA page without having to log in a second time.</p>
