Yay! I got the Cesar Chavez one... I just guessed on it.

The Loyalist question was breaking political ties with Britain, because they still liked the idea of a monarchy.

The Langston Hughes/WEB Du Bois question: I put "A", I think... something like both believed that Blacks must take pride in their culture and accomplishments. Something like that.

id definately agree on all those questions

I think I got the Langston Hughes question wrong.

Did anybody use Princeton Review? How well would you say it prepared you? Because I thought the real test was easier. What do you guys think?

bump...would anyone mind sharing a bunch of random questions/answers you remember?

lets see the vacine question (i think it was vacine) answer was polio...and not smallpox like i thought....ill give some more when i think of em

The proclaimation of 1763 was with the question to the map
im not sure what the advantage the north did or didn thave over the south
immigration peaked in somewhere between the two values (i think the answer was e)
can someone remember the authors that were being described
jefferson didnt want the louisana purchase because he thought it would be unconstituional
the netherlands explored america first
the mexican war was delayed because polk wanted to buy mexico
jackson wanted to remove the indians to west of the mississippi
the current theory of where people first came from is the asian land bridge...ill bring more as i think of em

One was F. Scott Fitzgerald.

Andrew Jackson's relationship w/ Native americans?
He forcibly moved them or something like that

Strengthening of the fugitive slave act

There was a question concerning what motivated the U.s to enter WWI, the answer had something to do with the attack of U.S ships by German subs.

to keep black people from voting

What two area were forcibly taken by the U.s?
Florida and( I forget the other)

ddotdes -- there were two similar answers for that, one was that Germany refused to apologize for sinking the Lusitania, another was that they resumed unrestricted submarine warfare ...but i forgot which one i put?

Yes! I think I didn't do as bad as I thought. I think the WWI was unrestricted submarine warfare.

What was the answer to the Mercantilism one? I know exactly what it is, but none of the answer seemed to fit with the definition I had for it.

for mercantilism i put that there should be more exports (raw materials) than imports (finished products) but maybe that's completely wrong?

Emizzly, the problem with that, is that it didn't specify colonies should have that for the BENEFIT of the motherland. I would have put that, but it didn't make sense. That was not a very well worded Q&A!

For the forcibly taken one, I put Texas and the Phillipines.. but I haven't taken US II yet and just studied off the REA book (which is crap).

the netherlands were the first to systematically explore america? really?
