I recently received my SAT I scores back and after receiving a rather low score on the Math section, I'm rethinking that I should not take the Math Lv. 1 test. The SAT literature exam seems like a good replacement, but should I go through with it?
Will I look too narrow-focused on humanities to colleges and not math/science focused enough, even if I want to major in a social science?

I was in pretty much your exact same situation. I’m taking USH, Spanish, and Lit next month, since I’m also more comfortable with those than math/science. Take whichever tests you feel you’ll score highest on, that’s more important than trying to seem balanced.

Math 1 also has a much harsher curve than Math 2, so I wouldn’t take it unless I were really good at math. And in that case, I would just take Math 2.

I scored a 640 on my SATs and a 610 on Math I. :/
