I posted the rankings as far as they went. If it's not listed, the rankings for that field aren't given deep enough to include it.

I kind of think that the specialty ranking methodology is sketchy. It's based entirely on the opinions of department heads and directors of graduate studies, and which schools they can think of that are good (they aren't given a list, they each get to pick ten, and whichever ten get the most picks are the ones that get ranked). At least for the general rankings, the survey is sent to a broad range of academics, and they have to consider all of them.
