<p>About where I thought it would end up. Go up 5 notches and down 5 notches and you'll see a lot of schools that I think are solid peer institutions to Richmond. Definitely not where UR is aiming for, though. It'll be interesting to see how/if the administration can get them into the "elite" group over the next several years.</p>
