Hi all. i am currently applying to schools in canada (primarily ontario and quebec) and i have a few questions regarding my dual citizenship. I am noticing on a lot of websites that there is a choice for International and US students and one for canadian citizens and students. I have lived my whole life in the states so when i come across a selection like Canadian citizen studying abroad, it still asks for my province etc. but I dont have one. that being said the only applications i can really fill out are the international ones which dont really offer a selection that states you are a dual citizen. Any information on these issues and completing this process is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Why not ask the schools in question how to fill in the applications as a Canadian citizen living outside of Canada?
All the schools are also off on break until the 4th of january and i need these done by the 1st
At McGill you apply and would be evaluated as an American applicant. If admitted you will submit proof of Canadian citizenship and pay the Canadian tuition rate.
Also McGill would require SAT/ACT scores as an American applicant.
