<p>It may not be the most prestigious ranking in the opinion of the CC community, but it is widely distributed and read by more typical americans. </p>
<p>Additionally, this ranking has a better overall process that the cc favorites, in my opinion. </p>
<p>I see the number 1 ranking for Penn as a recognition of the rising importance of colleges being able to successfully integrate a top quality liberal arts education with excellent pre-professional training. Penn does this better than any other college. This is what potential students and parents are increasingly seeking as we experience a persistently difficult employment environment, combined with rapidly rising college costs.</p>

<p>I am pretty sure that every high school boy in the country will want to buy the magazine so they can personally review this article to help them decide if Penn is the school for them. </p>
