<p>I think the open is this week, and I've pretty much forgot everything I read from my first read-through of Campbell's 6th edition. Any suggestions from past USABOers? Are there any good prep books (cliffs, princeton) that cover enough to advance to semis? By the way, what do you need to score to advance? </p>

<p>Those prep books are probably pretty useless. I'd say read Campbell again, or at least the important parts. The IBO syllabus should tell you which areas are going to be covered.</p>
<p>The semi-finalist cutoff has generally been in the mid- to high-20s, and will probably be around there this year, but of course there's no way to know.</p>
