<p>Policy varies by university. You need to check with the college itself.</p>
<p>I don’t think Philosophy is an impacted major. So your stats and EC’s look like there good to get you in. I think chances are pretty good for you.</p>
<p>If you’ve surpassed the 30 transferrable units mark then your HS record is not needed.</p>
<p>if you get accepted to a UC ( LA or Berkeley) and you have to submit your SIR by May 1st…how does it work with USC because you might not get accepted/rejected from there until after May 1st?</p>
<p>You pay your SIR for which ever UC you are heard from and are interested in. Then if USC notifies you that you have been admitted and you want to go there. All you do is forfeit your SIR money because you chose to go to USC.</p>
