madsc11- keep it up. For my bio midterm, I aced it. For my history, probably a B, but there are two essays and 1 more test to do, so I am hopeful! Don't stress out too much, its good to be concerned, but as my teacher told me, stress only impairs memory and performance. And trust me, when I was trying to study for my history midterm, something else came up and I was SO stressed (it had to do with USC and a math class I am trying to drop without a "W" because I found out I already covered my math requirement in high school) that I could not study properly, thus why I probably got a B. My status did not change yet, they received my h.s. transcript, but I have to show my taxes still.

So, don't stress! Study and perform the best you can. What is going to happen will happen, the only thing you can do is your best, and you will. Good luck.

aww, that sucks. No, im ready for the test i just want to get it over with. I totally agree with your professor. I was asking about ur status cause I havve the same thing, it's been about three weeks since my high school sent them, and usc dont worry about it. give them one more week. Thanks for the luck, btw i read your from a 4year, which one?

Captain Rodeo... interesting, thought-provoking stuff you got there. AND inspirational too lol.

So much so that now your thought has inspired me to get off the PC and go finish up my business calculus homework due Monday, AND my english reading due tomorrow.

Yes, I took 19 units, with English on Saturday mornings.

Bye bye Friday nights.

Oh, the things I do for you, USC......

Wooo 90 on my Classics midterm :D

I'm going down to UCSD to visit my girlfriend this weekend. Although I'll be doing homework on the way to and fro, I now feel like an underachiever!

and congrats GreNerd! :D

I took 18 units for two semesters, it wasn't that bad until the last few weeks. You could never, ever convince my to take a saturday class though. So kudos to you for doing that. I'd end up staying another semester rather than going on sat.

archieg, glad there was some inspiration in that. Business calculus-no fun, english on Saturday mornings- sucky, losing your Friday nights- priceless. There's some things money can't buy, for everything else there's excessive studying. (either that was corny, or super corney, but had to throw it out there)

Oh, and GreNerd- good job. Seriously, that is AWESOME! with a 4.0 SGR.... what more can you ask for?

Oh, archieg, and grey_syntactics- I have a rough draft essay that I am supposed to turn in to my history teacher due in 1 hour and 17 minutes and I haven't started it yet (due to midterm studying- and yet my teachers decide to assign me essays and presentations the week before, when we start really studying for mids) and I have nothing to write about. It is focusing on Augustine of Hippo and how he was influenced by neoplatonism... but I have nothing down.

Oh- madsc11 I go to Cal Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks. Small liberal arts private school

USC Transfers: The Band of Brothers.

It would make such an inspirational book. :P

and congrats on all the good grades grenerd :D a 4.0 SGR is what we're ALL shooting for...hopefully lol

rodeo thats funny, i alomst went there, I had a uncle who graduated there. I decided to go to another small 4yr private school

archieg thats dedication right there, saturday mornings. WOW!

Has anyone sent in their tax returns yet? I sent mine on the 23rd last month and they still haven't processed it. I'm kind of worried, but I KNOW they received it.

We're all fighting our way through to USC. I will never give up until I see that acceptance letter in my mailbox.

katara, I sent mine in on the 25th and they were received and processed (as in posted on OASIS) by the 26th.

i sent mine as well and they got everything.

Anyone here with divorced/separated parents? What documentation did you provide for USC?

actually today i'm trying to fax them my w2's and the fax is not connecting :( lol i'm sure they don't turn off their faxes on the weekenddd

zircushio- If the documents are on your computer, you can email them (as attachments)
that is what I did and they emailed me saying they received it

Hey guys, Saw this thread and I thought I might as well join you guys in the hunt.
Name: Duke
School: University of Indiana, Bloomington.
Year: current sophomore, will be junior when transfer
GPA: 3.83

I'm in the business program at IU, but I want to move to USC for the weather and the great big city... and many other reasons.

I'm doing the W-130 requirement this semester. So I'll either have to send in a grade card or a spring grade request. My semester ends May 5th. So I'm wondering if I send in my grade card will I still get SGR?

Anyways, good luck to all of you guys.
