werty1992, good luck; hope you get into both USC and UCSB! :)

Nothing in the mail today. I’m from San Diego.

Nothing either…I live in socal. I rush home every day to check the mail, and nothing :(

Question to international students:
I just received an email from DHL informing me about the package from usc. would they still send a DHL shipment for a rejection?

~~
NUFFIN : from SOCAL

@ Md12345

From what I’ve seen…people who have received an e-mail from DHL have gotten accepted. If you were rejected, I’m sure they’d just sent a weenie envelope or something, not a package.

Hope that helps!

I got accepted to another school today and waitlisted at UCSB. Where is USC???

Are you a Calf. resident?

hrm…Accepted at UCSB today, UC Irvine a while ago, Cal Poly SLO a while ago,

still no news from USC and wondering =/

been stuck at “forwarded” for way too long…since late January I believe

My mother went to USC too but that doesn’t seem to be helping

I live in San Diego. I’m beginning to think that being forwarded and not having a change in a week is not a good thing. :(

D waitlisted at UCSB today. Flew to LA this am to check out LMU and unless something miraculous happens will most likely be going there as she loved it. Still no word from USC. She’s also in at several other schools including Cal Poly SLO but really liked LMU.

Love LMU! Great new library, kids seem happy, nice part of town, and great programs & professors! Excellent school.

SoonEmptyNester…I have several friends that go to LMU and they LOVE it. I went there for my brother’s visitation and did a campus tour. It is such a nice school. Really pretty location.

Still haven’t gotten anything either… But for those who are still worried there is plenty of time no need to worry. This week last year, there was a huge wave so who knows.

Fieralds…

I’m pretty much the exact same as you, legacy kid, got into UCSB and SLO, and been forwarded forever… ugh this sucks

Yea…I’m really hoping that those who are theorizing that the acceptances are backed up because of the sheer number of applications are right, because…well… I really want to go to USC as i’m sure all of us who stay up to ungodly hours of the morning and then post on these forums do. I probably wasn’t wise for applying to one of the majors that Collegeboard listed as having “the best and the brightest”…oh well…

Thanks tornados and Wheaty! LMU does seem like a great place.

I’m sure Marshall was one of those majors with the best and brightest, correct?

To pass the time, let’s tell each other what our choices are so far.
SLO - B- School (Orafelia)
SCU - B- School (Leavey)
