<p>Hi! I applied to usc by December 1st for the scholarship consideration deadline. In the meanwhile, I rewrote my common app essay. I was thinking of potentially sending this to USC along with a paragraph about why usc?
Would they be annoyed, or would they legitimately put it on my file?
