USC Additional Scholarships

Does anyone know how generous USC is with their merit scholarships for continuing students? I know there are applications available for current students to apply, but what are the chances of a qualified student actually getting this money (i.e. how accessible are the opportunities in terms of abundance/competition)? What are the price ranges for these scholarships?

Also, if anyone has any personal experiences with USC continuing student scholarships that they could share, that’d be great as well. Thanks!

Lots and lots of scholarships out there and a lot of them are only advertised internally. There is money there, and you can also apply for lots of outside stuff too. Just have to put in a lot of shoe leather to find out what’s out there. USC has lots of scholarship money out there - they’re very good about it, and nearly everyone at the school knows that there’s a very broad spectrum of socioeconomic backgrounds at the school.

Most scholarships and grants have income limits or URM incentives.

My daughter has received many scholarships for continuing students. Some are small but they add up fast. I would say they range from $1,000-$3000 per year. Most are renewable. USC has been very generous. She does not qualify as URM or for need aid. Check out the scholarship page on the USC website.
