USC admission GPA/SAT score

hey guys!
i go to a really, really tough private high school in CA (Crystal Springs Uplands School). i'm really interested in the University of Southern California (USC) and i was wondering if they would take the rigor of my high school into consideration when looking at my GPA. here are my questions:

will the University of Southern California (USC) take the rigor of my high school into consideration whilst looking at my GPA?

what is the average GPA of someone who is admitted - from a public school? from a private school? does it matter/is there a difference?

what is the average SAT score of someone who is admitted?

thanks so much!

Hey crazychapsticks, I’m not that informed on USC specifically, but generally all colleges consider rigor of courseload. I know USC isn’t on the Common Application, but for schools that are, your counsellor will check off a box describing your courseload difficulty. Looking at our school’s Naviance, our average admitted SAT was about a 2130, but many admitted students opt to attend other schools so this number is likely lower than those who chose to matriculate at USC.
