<p>ksbr- you can look on your transfer credit report and it will say “courses that need further review” or call the degree progress office. I actually found out over the phone</p>
<p>Good News!!! I just talked to a USC Housing rep. and she told me if you are a transfer and submitted your application for housing recently, you should hear within the next couple of days for housing assignments and said there are spaces available

<p>WOOOHOO! finally got my housing assignment via email. I got assigned Pacific, on Severance Street. Anyone heard anything good-bad? Kinda close to frat row :/</p>

But it’s the biggest cluster of university owned housing buildings so that makes me feel a bit better.</p>

<p>I finally got my STARS report last night but I still have not received my financial aid awards. How long does it usually take?</p>
<p>USC24 - It really depends when you sent in ALL of the required documents. For example, after I was admitted, all of a sudden they needed ANOTHER document from me, so I sent it in a week after they requested it, and I found out my financial aid online, a week after that. So let’s say you turned in all documents 1 - 2 weeks ago, you’ll probably find out this week or later next week. After you receive your Financial Aid online, they will send you a copy of your awards in paper (through the mail). But Keep an eye on your Online financial aid because thats where they update your awards (scholarships, grants, loans, etc.) Give them a call and see what your application status is, they DO Have reps. that you can talk to on the phone, you just gotta wait 5 - 7 minutes to catch one of them.</p>
<p>Yeah, I got an e-mail a couple days after sending in my commitment deposit form requesting 4 more documents for my financial aid! Hopefully I’ll find out next week.</p>

<p>sunsetsam- Thank you for the info. The office of financial aid emailed me and told me that I should except my financial aid award this week or next week. She said my file has been pulled and they are reviewing it right now. I’m praying a good package. </p>
<p>Well, there are no more spots left for the July 1st orientation, so I enrolled for the July 15th one. I’m on the wait list though for the 7/1 orientation, uggh.</p>

<p>just wanted to throw this out there…anyone living near the row may want to consider a bike even though the tram service runs till 10-11pm (i forget which one i talked to a friend whose living on the row). im 2 blocks north of the row and she said its about 15-20 min walking distance to the corner of campus…haha now i dont know how fast of a walker she is too but i thought i would throw it out there…</p>
