Hello I was wondering if someone could hopefully tell me the chances of getting accepted into USC or UCLA.

My current weighted gpa is a 4.0 and I'm not sure what my unweighted is.
I will be a senior this coming school year and will have taken 7 AP classes by the time i graduate.
ACT score at the moment is a 28 but that was my first time taking it and I did not study much for it so I am hoping to bring it up by several points to at least a 30
I am out of state if that makes any difference.

Some divisions of USC appear to be easier to get into than UCLA, and USC is more likely to be affordable than out-of-state UCLA (see their net price calculators). But your ACT score is not that high for these schools, and no one can tell what your weighted GPA means since high schools calculate weighted GPAs differently.

Both will run over $50K, how is that affordable?
