<p>I am applying to USC Annenberg as my first choice and USC Arts and Sciences as my second choice. Do you think that I could be declined from Annenberg and placed in Arts and sciences though I wrote my whole app on why I want to go to Annenberg? Also, is it especially difficult to be accepted to Annenberg? Significantly more difficult that Arts and Sciences or one of the other schools?</p>

<p>I’m no expert but I believe Annenberg looks heavily on your writing and English scores and class grades. My daughter was accepted into Annenberg in 2007 (I know, that was a long time ago) with a substandard GPA (3.6) and test scores (1850 SAT) compared to the normal USC applicant. However, she had high test scores in English and writing, did very well in her English HS classes, was Editor in chief of the HS newspaper, and had completed a couple of internships with local publications. </p>
