I have a couple SPACIOUS Rooms Available for rent for Summer 11 and Fall 11-Spring 12 School year, just 1block from USC. Like a 2 min bike ride 8 min walk. The apartments are really spacious and really nice. Trust me its a must see, nothing like them in the USC area. (everything is usually really small and pricey!).
