USC Appeals 2013

@hellokaty Not yet cuz it is in process. I will get all the spring grades after June 13rd. How about you?

^ i think you guys should both keep calling random regional counselors until they give you a hint of why you were rejected … that way you have a definite subject to talk about and start the appeal process …

if you go on the usc transfer thread miss mare got lucky finding a nice counselor to point out why she may have been rejected which is really rare for a counselor to do. PLUS i would not get your hopes up TOO high … just get your plan b up and running just in case you appeal is not granted … the appeal turn over rate for freshmen is exceptionally low … i can only imagine the fraction of transfer appeal turnovers … GLUCK! FIGHT ON!

@Transfer2OI3 You mean should I go to admission center find a counselor to ask about the reason why I get rejection?

I already get other offers from UCSD, UCdavis, UCSB and UCI, but i want to go to USC, this school is my first choice if i still have a chance to get in.

no i’m saying CALL ALL THE REGIONAL COUNSELORS lol not the admissions office … google usc regional counselors and just call the ones for the Colleges near you …

@Transfer2013 Got it~thx so much. I will call him ^^ Hope I still have a chance to get in.

Lol no problem … don’t call HIM … call THEM lol just keep bothering them until someone gives you a straigh or atleast rough answer WHY you didn’t get in, then work your appeal based on that! Gluck Fight On!

Does anyone know when Transfer Appeals are due? Is the official process to email your regional admissions counselor?

@Jessikurrr - I’m not if there is a due date, since it isn’t really a sanctioned process. From what I heard, you are supposed to mail the letter in to the same address you send your transcripts. I’m curious how many they receive per year.
