Hey, I’ve already graduated from USC, so my short response thing was a bit different than yours - there was no hash tag portion as far as I remember. I’d love to help with suggestions based on my responses - as much as I can remember anyway.
Describe yourself in three words: Eccentric, Meticulous, Sympathetic (I didn’t like what I put here either)

They really aren’t tricky. They are trying to get to know you. Please don’t answer with what you think they want to hear - boring!
For example - favorite job - ice cream taste tester or dog whisperer says a lot more about a person, or at least something new, than wanting to work for a big 4 accounting firm. If you are trying to get into Marshall/Leventhal Accounting and have written good essays, they already know this. If all you ever wanted to be was a brain surgeon then list it, or if being a banjo playing brain surgeon describes you better, list that. Show your personality here. Doesn’t have to be silly but should let them into who you are.
