USC application (part 1 and 2): is part 1 really important?

<p>part I is optional and due this month...they say its optional...should i still fill it out anyway?</p>

<p>will filling in part I give me an advantage?</p>

<p>Filling Part I doesn’t really matter. It is only there for USC to have a jump start at having a records folder for you.</p>
