<p>Hi,
I am a fall 2008 transfer admit to USC, and while I did apply to the BA track in School of Theatre in second position (only because I did not know about the flexibility of the program until about three days before the application deadline), I was accepted as a French major. I have been a working actor for a while, and while I do love studying French, I have a feeling if I change my major into theatre, I will be able to continue working and know that there is flexibility in my studies because of the professional leave option (i.e. for BA it's maintain passing grades and notify your professors and then go work).</p>
<p>Has anyone transferred into USC's BA Theatre track and could they discuss it? I am able to change my major at orientation and I am really going back and forth about this. Regardless, I am also planning to declare a MT minor and I would still study French in some form (either as a major or a minor). Thanks so much!</p>
