Of course, anxiety is getting the best of me. Chance for USC Annenberg School for Communication, or USC in general.

Rank: 3/493. Was 4/503 but switched to 3 sophomore. This year a few students dropped out.

I think my weak point lies in my GPA and SAT scores, but I'm hoping my letters of recommendation and ECs will help cover that.

GPA: 4.0 weighted GPA, going up this year with straight A's

ACT: N/A

SAT I: 1940
SAT IIs: 650 on Literature, 530 on US History; was registered to take the SAT II two more times but one of those times I was sick with a stomach virus and the other time I had Walking Pneumonia for a week :/

ECs: Student Council (Active member first year, then DASH Committee Chair and Student Body Secretary the past two years)

Interact (Community Service) Club (Active member freshman year, then PR sophomore year then back to member Junior and Senior year)

Speech and Debate- National Qualifier twice, State qualifier three times in 8 events, Outstanding Point Recognition from the National Forensics League, just to name a few (Active member, then Secretary, VP and now President)

National Honors Society (Active member 10-12th)

Advanced Broadcast Journalism- created a daily television show (Active member 10-12th)

Youth and Government (10-11; didn't have enough funding to go this year)

Project P.A.S.S- Summer freshmen mentoring (11-12th)

Book Club (This year)

Recs: Was going to send in two, but my second one got ill right at the last minute so I only sent one but it was extremely well written.

Essays: From the critique I was given, they were pretty good and so was my letter of intent for Annenberg. -shrug-

Extra: Took 8 Pre-AP classes and 7 AP classes (AP Classes here are limited; the Economics AP teacher quit this year, so that one was abolished and for ECs I have to take certain periods so I'm not able to take as many AP classes as I'd like)
