<p>I'm a high school junior with a less than stellar cumulative gpa(3.4 uw, 3.8 w) and I take my first SAT in Janurary, I was wondering assuming I do ok on the SAT what my chances are of getting into University of Southern California fall admission.

<p>(USC turns down 80% of the students who apply. The specialty fields turn down 90+ percent). We can’t give you the answer because the truth is - the chances are low for anyone who applies. However, as @jkeil911 said, check out Madbean’s post for the best answer ever posted on the CC boards:</p>
