<p>The chemistry department at USC has received another honor. Dr. Mark Thompson, a pioneer in convergent science and engineering, has received the Tolman Medal for his contributions to chemistry. He is the inventor of key smartphone colors. The medal is given by the American Chemical Society.</p>
