<p>I am from MA. I had not received an email or package as of yesterday so I called the admissions office. They were not about to outright tell me the decision but said that an email had been sent to me. Somehow the email was never delivered. They told me theyâd resend the email and I hung up. I still havenât gotten an email (I confirmed with them they had the right address and checked my spam). Iâm assuming that was the no scholarship email. Iâd just call them at this point.</p>

<p>My daughter got the no scholarship email too.Very shock. her SAT 2400, GPA 4.0 and many competition winners. very very surprised her. She is NMSF too.</p>
<p>Just goes to show how competitive those scholarships are.</p>
<p>I also got accepted with a presidential scholarship!!!</p>
<p>Thatâs awesome! But remember that you need to interview for it first 
unless youâre NMF, in which case you have a presidential scholarship regardless of your interview.</p>

<p>So today my daughter received a letter stating that she received a USC Deans Scholarship, which equals a quarter tuition per year for eight semesters. We found out she was admitted about a week ago but there was no mention of scholarships. As some of you stated earlier in this thread, she received a scholarship exactly a week later. Hoorayyyy!!!</p>

<p>Just got two pieces of mail from USC! (Iâm in Florida). The first is a package from Viterbi with a letter and then a huge detailed brochure of their curriculum. The second is a letter from admissions indicating that they know I could get NMF and what happens if I do. I have a feeling that this is in place of a Deanâs Scholarship letter since it wouldnât be stackable with NM Presidential anyway. They also mention that the scholarship applicant pool was super competitive and âAlthough you were not selected to receive a USC Trustee Scholarship, you should be proud that you are among the small percentage of our first-year students to receive an academic scholarship from the university.â :)</p>

<p>Curious I donât think so. I asked about the deans scholarship and my admissions counselor said they have been given out.</p>

<p>One week after receiving early acceptance without mention of scholarship, I got one of those USC National Merit scholarship notices - and not the Deanâs scholarship. Iâm not complaining since they are not stackable. Just wanted to put it out there for whoeverâs looking for a pattern of what might be coming in the mail.</p>
