So GOOD to have the first post be GOOD news :)

@nkmscpa where do you live? I’m in San Diego and I’m hoping for today… But the map says otherwise, which surprises me. Congrats!!! :)

@nkmscpa - Congratulations! where do you live and can you find out what time they shipped the mail?

I got the acceptance mail just now. :slight_smile: I’m in SoCal Upland. Do we get notified of financial aid later then?

@angsty Congratulations! :)

CONGRATULATIONS, Angsty! Post the good news here <a href=“Fall 2014 USC DECISIONS STATS ONLY THREAD - University of Southern California - College Confidential Forums”>http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/university-southern-california/1608845-fall-2014-usc-decisions-stats-only-thread-p1.html</a></p>

Financial aid has typically been presented by the end of the first week of April. You will get an email when your package is complete. Components are added bit-by-bit, so if you log in before you get an email saying it is complete, you may see a partial package - don’t panic, wait for the email.

CONGRATS!

for those that got accepted… did you have your major and undergrad on the FA page the other day or unknown unknown?

From past experience, it is best to let them get the mail, even if you have already peeked! Maybe they know it is coming, but it is much more memorable and impactful for them to see the package than get a text from mom. Or have it set it a neat place if getting the mail isn’t their thing. There is a reason USC does it the old fashion way, it’s exciting and a great life moment not to be missed when they see the package for the first time!

I agree completely with CADREAMIN - MUCH better to let them find it in the box!

my son got a big yellow package about 3/8 inch thick. is that acceptance? I want to film it if it is and don’t want to if it isn’t…

I would film

just as texassports23 said, to anyone who was accepted, did your class & major under the FA tab say a major and a class or unknown, unknown…would really like to know. thanks!

We live on the Westside of Los Angeles. Good luck to everyone!

@sbrown123 sounds like an acceptance to me. are you guys located in california?..trying to figure out if my package will come today or tomorrow, fingers crossed, if im even accepted.
