When do decisions get released on the portal?
@HSCounselor2 don’t they get an option to study abroad in the fall?
When do decisions get released on the portal? Somebody please respond, so I know whether to stay up.
@mimimo7890 probably NC State, its my state school and I got in a top major there
Did everyone in the sf bay area already get their boxes?
@jshack9999 midnight pacific time
I got my acceptance packet in the afternoon and I’m from Houston, TX! It had been the longest Saturday morning of my life though.
Congrats!
Houston is in the 2-Day delivery time zone(fortunately for us still waiting in DFW)
Still waiting. It is my NMF school. Valedictorian and 35 ACT. Great recs and extracurricular. Feeling like I got rejected
@giriboy man I love giriboy and his songs lol
@Ketchup1 Same here. I’m NMF as well. 99% sure I got rejected because I live in a 2-day zone and didn’t get anything. Oh well.
Just got accepted to USC, but for spring. I knew as soon as I saw that yellow box that I had gotten admitted for spring. Not sure how to feel but am still incredibly thankful for the opportunity.
@HSCounselor2 So, I’m a fall admit, but my cousin was a Spring admit last year. Options for fall were study abroad through USC-affiliated programs, cc, work, etc. He chose to study abroad with other USC spring admits in Switzerland. He loved it and integrated pretty seamlessly into USC in January. It’s not for everyone. But it has been fantastic for him!
My daughter got into USC!!! We are in the bay area Still pnching myself! Is for spring though but extremely happy!
Congratulations to everyone that got in, and those that didnt am sure you would land in a very good place. Best wishes to everyone! It has been one big roller coaster ride!
@wormholes what are your other options? I am EA to an IVY w no aid which is why I was hoping for USC. I also got into Berkeley and UCLA but OOS. Not sure what I will do

General Comments: I will be attending USC!! (bless that NMF half tuition) Congratulations to every else who got in
@Ketchup1 Wow which Ivy? Congrats on that!!! I’m in-state for UCs and so far have been accepted to UCI, UCSB, UCSD, UCD, UCR, and UCSC, as well as CPSLO (waitlisted at UCLA). Waiting anxiously for Berkeley, Penn, and Cornell…
@mfelek Congrats!
What town are you from?
@Ketchup1 my stats aren’t that great so no Ivies or USC for me (2 day zone and no box) but I’m a NMF in California. Some schools that offer full rides for NMF will still let you apply, I applied to University of Oklahoma last Friday (a month and a half after the application deadline and they were happy to let me apply) and got an acceptance yesterday and my box today. I don’t know if I’ll go but it’s not a bad option
