i am literally the only one in my city (st. louis MO) that hasn’t gotten a letter ye. does that mean i am getting the rejection letter?
Bay Area in Los Altos. No box no letter
@Laketahoe79 It seems like each department has different policies on AP. https://arr.usc.edu/services/articulation/adv_placement_exam_credit.html
so will the decision be released at exactly midnight pst or will it be rolling?
Feeling your pain. I have similar I would say decent SAT score of 1550, straight A and perfect leadership… I didn’t get the package either, but nor the rejection letter either. I don’t know what to expect. Are you SoCal? Thanks
Actually I just spoke with several other students from local high schools who also haven’t heard anything today, #stillsortaoptimistic
@polololo same
Son accepted. Ca Bay Area. Marshall business no info was on informed delivery.
@azfhmom May I know when you received the informed delivery message?
@onlyamom1 what time do you get your mail?
There could be something to that.

does anyone know if there are other scholarships available this time around? and if we recieved one, would it be reflected in our admission packet, the portal update, or march 27 when FA supposedly is released? Thanks!
Just be patient.
@PatiencePls I am also from Los Altos and haven’t been accepted or rejected
Before we start getting too ahead of ourselves, if you are one of the individuals who has or is thinking about writing a post along the lines of “Got into USC! Probably won’t attend though ha” I beg of you to take a seat. While I am sure you’re genuinely excited to be admitted to USC like all of us hoped for, your nonchalance comes off as complete arrogance. It is disrespectful to the individuals that worked so hard to get into this school for you to brush it off like that and also for those who hoped to be admitted. You simply saying you were admitted USC would no doubt result in congratulations and questions from others but your addition of your sly comments are unessesary. Humble yourselves.
Anyone get an acceptance to Iovine and Young academy? Heard there were about 25 kids getting in
Anyone from Redwood City? I didn’t get anything in the mail and assuming that is a rejection
@Laketahoe79 Thanks, and congratulations on your acceptance. @DDHH2017 Guess we will find out tomorrow morning
A bit premature, but there were a couple questions, so…For those who want to try to transfer, please go and commit to a school emotionally (if a four year) and give it all you got. But if you still want to try to transfer, just fyi, you apply by Feb 1st. (UCs have transfer deadlines of Nov 30 like regular freshman applicants so just pointing that out - a lot of people don’t realize it is so early if you want to transfer to a UC.) USC is Feb 1.
Anyway, there is a fantastic transfer thread every year on this forum that is super supportive with contributions from folks that transferred in.
Also USC has AMAZING info on the website on the transfer process.

https://admission.usc.edu/transfer/prospective/
There are articulation agreements between USC and many schools that can tell you the classes that will count.
But for this weekend and the near future, decide on this fall and really commit to doing well, you have time to look into this.
