Check your portal. My friend didn’t get anything in the mail. He just opened his portal and it said congratulations!

does your portal update no matter what your decision is? ie. if you get accepted or rejected, your portal will update either way with your decision?
Haven’t received any package or letter yet but I just logged into my Yousc account and found a banner at the top saying “Thank you for applying to USC!” but I am not able to check my application status?
What does this mean?
