My portal opened but I accidentally closed it. Wow!
i was able to load the log-in page a couple of times but it would never go pass that 
I have to say, I applied to Penn state and complained about their terrible application and portal for days. BUT, that acceptance letter came in lickety split. USC’s portal is aesthetically pleasing and all, but also I’m slowly dying of sorrow. So…
Not a pro at the way admissions sites work but I’m 90% sure if the site is down nearly 60000 people trying to access it at roughly the same time isn’t going to help. It’s almost 4 am where I live. I am currently making myself chamomile tea and planning on dropping the refreshing at 4. Honestly, the decisions will ve there when we wake up. If you have extremely high nerves, join me in chamomile tea. Otherwise, continuously posting on this site “mine doesn’t work” isn’t helping you or anyone else. If it doesn’t work. IT DOESNT WORK. College Confidential is NOT going to fix it. Aggravating the system with consistent overload is NOT going to help it. Going to sleep and relaxing will since it’ll allow the system to restart.
Can someone inform me what the TTP is?! Is this honorable, does it mean they saw potential?

@CADREAMIN Should there be an update to the layout of the portal if you’re accepted? I got my box yesterday and downloaded my letters at midnight but don’t see a new tab for housing or admitted student events.
Finally got in. Rejected. 1470 SAT, 3.93 UW. Oh well. 2 expensive anyway

I was extremely surprised I got in because I personally didn’t think my Common App or stats were great. I had pretty good ECs that probably stood out from other people.
For those of you who haven’t recieved any mail yet, don’t lose hope! I haven’t even gotten my white box yet, I just checked the portal. I for sure thought that I didn’t get in because we got other types of mail (like ads and such) but not the box. Be calm while you wait and good luck!
