If you’re in the 3 day, or even the 2, and want “the box moment” simply do not check your portal tonight in hopes that a box will come tomorrow (it could even come Monday with how the mail works).
We happen to have a piece of outgoing mail today. So am stalking through my window for the red flag on my mailbox to be down! Out mail usually doesn’t come until 1pm or so.
My mail just came in CT. Nothing. Trying not to give up hope because I know it might be late but ugh
Domestic acceptance packages are sent via the US Postal Service not DHL and they do not appear on Informed Delivery on the USPS site.
My mailman takes forever, and will probably come at like 1-3
@ct7101 usps is known for unreliability. Even though we are in 2 day zone I dont hold high hopes we can actually get a package in 2 days from LA. If nothing comes today…not checking portal…gonna give it through monday’s mail delivery. If a rejection a few more days wont matter. If acceptance you’d rather see a box than a message on a portal

Good luck to all those still waiting, just putting another opportunity out there, if you get rejected. The fabulous TTP (Trojan Transfer Plan). My third son is waiting for his package and is actually hoping to be rejected and be invited to the TTP. My first son did TTP in Paris and second son TTP in Rome. Neither would exchange those experiences for anything. One is now a proud Trojan alum and the other is a current Sophomore. informed delivery only showed me one incoming mail piece, which scared me for a sec, but it’s from another college LOL.

My child is not following along with social media or announcements for when decisions are coming out and is just waiting for an email to check the portal. Does anyone know if USC will send out an email that the portal has updated?
@pdxtigermom This one applied to Dornsife – biology. Fingers crossed for everyone. And if anyone has actual info on when scholarships are notified, I would love to know. The uncertainty is painful. Has anyone read through last year’s thread? There were kids getting scholarship notifications many days apart – seemed totally random!

"There is an update to your admission status to view in your Applicant Portal. Click here to go to your portal.

@Momof2boys1 As the announcement is on their webpage as to when results will be available on the portal, not sure if they will send an additional email. If we get an email tonight, I will post back here to let you know. We are not checking portal ourselves until sufficient time has passed for a usc box to have shown up in our mailbox
