If you can imagine, they use to not do portal updates (no, not the Pioneer days, but less than 10 years ago) and they mailed rejection letters a WEEK after acceptances. So sad people went to their mailboxes for days and days hoping their acceptance was just late or lost. Then that lowly rejection letter arrived. I watched a friends daughter go through that - it was awful.
Makes this wait seem like a piece of cake. I know, it’s still awful but over for some!
