In Common app, below the supplements and the questions about yourself (eg. favorite movie), USC has an optional area to post all your courses and grades. Would you say that it's important to fill it out? Especially when most of your transcript does not fit in with what USC has provided?
As I don't go to school in Cali, I have 2 semesters, not 3. Also I take 2 courses in the same subject, like Chem and Bio, in the same year. Also, it's very vague as it doesn't tell you what kind of grade they want, letter, number, or gpa. Because there are so many different things, it wouldn't affect me much if I leave it blank right?

I called them the other day. I’m in Idaho, on a 2 semester system, with too many classes in different categories than will fit in the application. They told me to fill it out as much as I can and that is fine, as they will cross check it with your transcript. For 2 semesters, just fill in the semesters 1 & 2 boxes for each class. If you take 2 classes in the same year, put what’s leftover in the electives box. As for grades I’m fairly certain that you are supposed to put what is on your transcript.
You shouldn’t fill it out if your school doesn’t follow the US educational system.
